About Me

Hello! I'm Michelle, and I draw on over twenty years of sales and marketing experience to create and craft carefully designed copy and marketing messaging to power your communications.
Travel has been at the heart of what I love over the last 25 years, both personally and professionally, having worked for British Airways, lastminute.com, and easyJet, among others. But in recent years, my passion has been working with small businesses that may not have the in-house expertise to make their messaging stand out from the crowd and seeing how powerful persuasive copy can be.

My natural tone is conversational, chatty, and straightforward, but it can be adapted according to the brief.
​
When not behind my laptop, I can be found doing one or a combination of the following - usually while drinking coffee: listening to Radio 6, spin classes, watching repeats of anything with Louis Theroux or Michael Palin, and travelling, with a passion for Africa and Eastern Europe.
​
I avoid excessive use of exclamation marks (it unnerves me) and printers (it never ends well).
